Barrister-at-Law Dennis Chang Khen Lee was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1968 and Hong Kong in1970. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1981, awarded Honorary commander of the British Empire in 1997 and an Honorary Doctor of Laws from Bristol University, UK, in 2005.He has been chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association and a member of the Executive Committee of the Consultative Committee of the Basic Law of Hong Kong.
He has been a member of Exco and a member of the ICAC Complaints Committee. He has held many other positions of honor and service. He is the chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Editorial Committee of the Hong Kong Law Journal and has published extensively especially in the field of law. |
